Dalmore Design Ltd has been formed to provide Architectural and Engineering design services. Specialising in domestic building design and specification we can handle all your requirements in one simple stage.

From concept layouts and understanding client’s requirements to the finer construction details, local authority submissions, SAP heat loss calculations and building services – we can organise all of the aspects required to get your project up and running with a minimum of hassle.

The main aim of Dalmore Design Ltd is to provide all the design, certification and paperwork, up until the point where the first turf is cut, allowing customers to relax and enjoy the build of their new home.

We take pride in providing original bespoke designs to suit the requirements and budgets of our clients.

Using a combination of the latest technologies and tried and tested techniques we aim to provide energy efficient homes, which are comfortable, air tight, properly ventilated and optimally heated while also providing plenty of natural light and a spacious feel.

Ultimately the new house will have as low a carbon footprint as is reasonable and will certainly comply, and normally exceed, the Building Regulations in terms of energy consumption.

The main consultation, design and development stages are all done in-house, while some other specialist skills are bought in from our professional associates. All aspects are project managed by Dalmore Design Ltd to make this stage as stress free as possible for the customer.
